Return Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your new purchase. If you don't love it, send it back, it's that easy! We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered or unused merchandise in sellable condition with all labels attached for a full refund/exchange within 14 days of purchase.

How to Return:

All domestic orders ship with a FREE prepaid return mailing label. To ship an item back to Miana please:

1. Email info@mianacollection.com referencing your order number in the subject line.
2. Indicate in your email whether you are exchanging or returning the item(s). For exchanges: please indicate your desired size.
3. Upon receipt of email, Miana will respond with a prepaid return label to be shipped out. Return label can be mailed out upon request. 
4. Pack your item(s) and invoice into the return poly-bag included in original purchase and affix the prepaid mailing label. Please ship return within 48 hours of receiving return label.
5. Mail your package using one of the following methods:
   • Drop your package at a UPS/FedEx location (determined by your return label) without waiting in line. The label is prepaid and requires nothing else on your end. Visit the UPS or FedEx site to find the closest location.
   • Alternatively, you can leave the package off at a location that has a daily UPS/FedEx pick-up.
